 The terms and conditions for auction shall be as under:-

 

1.                    All the Cars shall be available for inspection on any working day from 3:00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. from 18.8.2008 to 29.8.2008.

2.                    An amount of Rs.20,000/- should be deposited in cash branch of CAG’s office on or before 29.8.2008 by all the bidders as bid security amount. 

3.                    25 percent of bid value should immediately be deposited on the spot by the successful bidder.

4.                    The balance amount of highest bid value should be deposited by the successful bidder within 3 days i.e. by 2.9.2008 and the delivery of the cars should be taken. 

5.                    The department reserves the right to accept or reject the auction without assigning any reason.
