No. 474/CAG’s new Canteen / Welfare-2008                                       

 Planning, Designing and execution of Kitchen equipments for our new canteen.

 This office is looking for reputed agencies specialized in planning, designing and execution of modern kitchen with all facilities to provide multi cuisine i.e. Indian, Chinese & continental breakfast, lunch, hot and cold beverages and snacks for at least 300 persons each day in the CAG’s office new building located at Pocket-9, DDU, Marg, New Delhi.

 The scope of work includes

 -                      Planning & designing the interior, air-conditioning, exhaust, water supply and drainage inside the kitchens. One conditioned air inlet, one return air outlet, one exhaust outlet, one water point and one drainage point shall be provided in each pantry.

-                      Planning and designing system for refrigeration, storage of raw and cooked food, cooking utensils, crockery, dish washing, microwaves/ovens and other modern equipments.

-                      Planning and designing system for serving food from one pantry to various floor including service counters in the adjoining counter/cafeteria.

-                      Planning and designing solid and liquid kitchen waste disposal system.

-                      Supply and installation of equipments and services as per BOQ (Annexure-III)

-                      Executing the work as per approval plans and design on turn key basis.

 There is one kitchen/pantry area ranging from 40 to 100 Sqm approximately at each floor from ground to Vth Floor of G + 5 storey office building of CAG of India at pocket 9, DDU Marg  which are to be planned, designed & executed by providing modern kitchen facilities. All these kitchen/pantry areas are vertically interconnected through an elevator. The area is centrally air-conditioned.

Sealed bids (both technical and financial) are invited for designing a self contained kitchen and pantry area and supply of equipments as per the defined scope of work.  The technical and financial bids should be sealed in separate envelope and clearly marked as such. The technical bid should cover items, terms and conditions as listed in the Annexure-I and II. The financial bid should be in the format in Annexure III. The sealed quotations may be addressed to “The Director (P), Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, 10, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi-110124”and it should reach this office on or before 27/08/2008.   A copy of this tender enquiry is also available in this office website http://www.cag.gov.in.

 All bids should be accompanied by an earnest money deposit of Rs.30000/- in the form of Demand Draft/Bankers’ cheque drawn in favour of  ‘Pay and Accounts Officer, O/o AG (Audit), Delhi’.
