- Planning and designing system for refrigeration, storage of raw and cooked food, cooking utensils, crockery, dish washing, microwaves/ovens and other modern equipments.
- Planning and designing system for serving food from one pantry to various floor including service counters in the adjoining counter/cafeteria.
- Planning and designing solid and liquid kitchen waste disposal system.
- Supply and installation of equipments and services as per BOQ (Annexure-III)
- Executing the work as per approval plans and design on turn key basis.
Sealed bids (both technical and financial) are invited for
designing a self contained kitchen and pantry area and supply of equipments as per the
defined scope of work. The technical and
financial bids should be sealed in separate envelope and clearly marked as such. The technical bid should cover items, terms and
conditions as listed in the Annexure-I and II. The financial bid should be in the format
in Annexure III. The sealed quotations may be addressed to The Director (P), Office
of the Comptroller and Auditor General of
