“The 35th
Governing Board of the Asian Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions (ASOSAI)
unanimously nominated Shri Vijayendra N. Kaul, Comptroller & Auditor General
of India as Secretary General of ASOSAI for approval by the Xth ASOSAI Assembly
to be held in Shanghai, China in September 2006. This will be the third successive term
for the Comptroller & Auditor General of India as Secretary General, extending from
the period 2006-09. The meeting of the 35th Governing Board of ASOSAI was held in Kunming City in the Peoples’ s Republic of China”. |
